Before you consider making a purchase for a set of dog clippers, you need to spend a little time researching the different sorts of products that are being pushed on pet owners these days. With the rise of giant retailers in the pet industry, it is fair to say that many people in the business decided to flood the market with just about any product because it now, regardless of the quality, there is return. In return is not what you care about.
As a dog owner, what you care about is finding the right dog clippers tool for you. Grooming dogs is not easy work, and having lived with dogs my entire life, I learned, over the years to come understand the requirements for different dog clippers. I have used a variety of dog clippers, and I am here to offer my take for the best two that I know. I currently have a golden retriever and an Australian Shepherd, and I grooming regularly since I live in California, where temperatures can get very high. Unfortunately, these breeds have similar coats, so I can’t say that, with recent years, the clippers above will be perfect for your puppy, but I can say that the reviews on Amazon seem to be very fair.

Why do my dog clipper blades keep jamming?
I have a set of Oster pro clippers and use skip tooth blades to shave my standard poodle’s, but after a couple minutes of use they just jam and won’t go through the hair, I’ve tried de-greasing, well oiled and everything in between and it still happens, the blades are brand new and clearly very sharp.
I use oster clippers and i found that after a few minuets sometimes the bladed needed realigning and that stopped it so still not sure if i don’t place the blades on properly but once i realigned them they are fine .
The other option is A worn drive tip/lever on your clipper can cause the blade to stop cutting correctly
